Refunds and cancellations
Scope
These terms apply to paid professional engagements with CloudCogni Digital—Transaction Oversight Audits, App Analytics Reviews, Settlement Reconciliation Assessments, and Regulatory Transaction Mapping. The website itself sells no products for home delivery and takes no online payments.
Deposit
A 40% deposit is ordinarily required to reserve a start date. Deposits are stated in the engagement letter.
Full refund eligibility
A full refund of amounts paid is available if we cancel the engagement for reasons within our control before fieldwork begins, or if you cancel in writing more than 14 days before the agreed start date and we have not yet begun paid preparation beyond ordinary scoping.
Partial refunds
If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before the start date, we may retain up to 50% of the deposit to cover reserved auditor time. Cancellations inside 7 days ordinarily forfeit the deposit. Work already delivered (draft inventories, interim findings) is charged on a time basis and is not refundable.
Non-refundable items
- Scoping calls that we advertise as complimentary remain free; paid discovery workshops listed on an invoice are non-refundable once held
- Third-party data-room or travel costs already incurred with your approval
- Completed findings packs and walkthrough sessions
Refund process and timing
Email hello@cloudcogni.digital with your engagement reference and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days and, where owed, process refunds within 14 business days to the original payer account.
Refund method
Refunds are made by bank transfer to the account that paid the invoice. We do not issue cash refunds.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once without penalty if you give at least 10 days’ notice and a mutually available window exists within 60 days. Further reschedules may incur a fee for reserved capacity.
No-shows
If key client contacts fail to attend agreed workshops without notice, that day may be charged and is not refundable. We will offer one replacement slot subject to calendar availability.
Work already started
Once sampling or evidence pairing has begun, fees for completed stages are due. Unused later stages may be credited only if stated in a written variation.
Materials and access
If we purchase specialist extracts or temporary access tools on your written instruction, those costs are pass-through and non-refundable after purchase.
